This cabinet assembles in 2-3 hours by most do-it-yourselfers with simple hand tools and included instructions. For proper funnel and door sealing and to prevent leaks, Skat Blast even includes a FREE USA gasket kit and caulking instructions (caulking available - Order #6204-00, extra cost). A caution/warning label kit is also included.
EASY TO USE ... Pour your abrasive into cabinet hopper through side-loading door. Place hands in gloves, and pull trigger on gun. Abrasive (not included) is automatically drawn from funnel hopper into blasting gun, removing rust, paint, and scale from your parts FAST! (Click on US-30 for USA Cabinet Gun Upgrade Kit which produces a surge-free, more powerful blast.) Abrasive then drops back into funnel for continuous recycling until it becomes dusty.
SPECIFICATIONS: 22" deep, 33-1/2" wide, 22" high work area. Overall 23" deep, 37" wide, 54" high. Big 12" x 24" glass lens with inner peel- off lens protector. Trigger-type blasting gun with four assorted nozzles. Requires 7-20 cfm @ 80 psi air. (3 HP compressor minimum - 5 HP is better). Fluorescent-style light with on/off switch, 2-1/2" vac inlet ferrule for hookup to your vacuum (not included), 1/4" NPT air inlet on front of cabinet. Ship wt: 98 lbs 1 carton.
