Instructions for filling out state sales tax exempt forms
Find your state below and click on the Documentation link listed to the right of your state for your state's sales tax exempt form.
Online Fillable Forms:	Please complete tax exempt form and save to your computer. Then email completed form to taxdept@tptools.com prior to placing your order.
Manual Fillable Forms:	Please print and complete tax exempt form, scan form and email completed form to taxdept@tptools.com prior to placing your order or you can fax your form to 330-533-2876
