For paint (some rust) and light oxidation removal on aluminum, chrome, antiques. Used to strip aluminum aircraft and is an IMPROVED TECHNOLOGY in blasting abrasive. Perfect for stripping paint and light oxidation. Removes surface rust from tooling, gears, and parts without affecting dimensions or etching the surface. And all of this is done with NO DUST! Visibility inside the cabinet is very clear. Little, if any, heat is generated; and production is FAST! Grit Size 30-40. Assorted colors. Made in USA.
TECH TIP: When using a Skat Blast Cabinet, a variety of dry abrasives can be used. Generally, the higher the grit number, the finer the abrasive. The finer the abrasive, the smoother the finish. Coarse-grit abrasives cut fast, but the finish isn't as smooth as fine-grit abrasives.
