TP Tools offers buffers in three affordable ways:
- 1/3 HP bench mount BALDOR® buffer.
- BALDOR® buffer and 11 gauge steel stand or cast iron BALDOR®.
- BALDOR® buffer, stand and buffing kit. Each is described below.
BALDOR® buffers are known for high quality and dependability - they are built for heavy workloads. 1/3 HP buffer brings tarnished brass, chrome, silver, etc. back to the original finish. Removes scratches from plastics, aluminum and other metals. 3600 rpm motor with 8 ft cord (115 volt/3.1 amps) plugs into 115 volt common house-hold circuit. Uses 6'' diameter buffing wheels x 1/2'' arbor hole. Has 18'' shaft length (3'' from end of shaft to housing). 3 year warranty against burnout. Made in USA.
Mount buffer to 11 gauge steel stand for a sturdy stand-alone unit. Heavy-duty steel stand is 30-1/2" high with 18'' wide x 15-3/4'' base. Also available with BALDOR® cast iron stand: 33'' high with 15-3/4'' wide X 14'' deep base. Made in USA.
Buffing kit completes the finishing operation with everything you need: six different buffing compounds, buffing rake to keep buffing wheels clean, and six 1/2'' thick buffing wheels (2 sisal for fastest cutting, 2 spiral for removal of most scratches and 2 loose for final high gloss finishing). Kit is designed to fit 1/3 HP motor, 1/2'' shaft. Made in USA.
