Order In 6 Easy Steps

Step 1- Product Selection
Find an item you want. In the table, on the product's page, enter a number in the "Qty" box to the right of the item you want to order, then click the "Add to Cart" button to place the item into your shopping cart. Either adjust the quantity before adding the item, or adjust the quantity from your shopping cart by following the directions provided. When you are ready to finalize your order, click the "Check-Out" button to proceed.

Step 2- "Look Me Up"/ New Customer Registration.
If you are a new Online customer and you do not want us to store your address information, click the first "Continue" button under "Place Your Order Without Registering".

If you have set up an "Express Ordering Account" with us previously, supply us with your email address and password (password is case sensitive) so we can "look you up." After supplying us with the appropriate information, click the "Continue" button to proceed.

If you are not registered and would like us to store your address information for you, drop down to the "Register Now" section. Enter your email address (this will be your user ID) and choose a password. Then verify your password by typing it in again. Be sure to write your password down and remember, it is case sensitive. After checkout, we will save your address information so that the next time you order, we can "look you up!"

Step 3- Billing Information
If you are a new Online customer, use this form to supply us with your billing information. This information should match the billing information for the credit card you are planning to use. Please feel free to send us feedback or special instructions in the "comments" field provided, or use this space to enter part numbers you would like to order but are not found on the site. Decide where you want your order shipped, click the appropriate circle, then click the "Continue" button to proceed. NOTE: If shipping to an address different from the billing address, you must notify your credit card company to list an alternate shipping address on your account. We verify both billing and shipping addresses.

If you have set up an "Express Ordering Account" with us previously and have logged in with your email name and password, please verify that your address information is correct and make any necessary changes. Please feel free to send us feedback or special instructions in the "comments" field provided. Decide where you want your order shipped, click the appropriate circle, then click the "Continue" button to proceed.

Step 4- Shipping Information
If you selected "Ship-to information is the same as bill-to information" on the previous page, please verify that the ship-to information is correct, then click the "Continue" button to proceed.

If you selected "Use new ship-to address" on the previous page, please supply us with the address to which you want your order shipped. After entering the ship-to address, click the "Continue" button to proceed.

Step 5- Shipping Method
The item/s you ordered will determine the shipping method. Most items ship UPS Ground US-48 states. Heavy or oversize items are shipped motor freight. The shipping cost is reflected here as well. We've also included a place for "Special Shipping Instructions" if you need a note for the package carrier.

Step 6- Payment
Please verify that all your address information is correct. Also double-check your order. If you need to make any changes, click on the appropriate link and make the necessary changes. When you are ready to finalize your order, choose the credit card type, enter the number and expiration date, then click the "Continue" button to send us your order.

Invoice-
After transmitting your order, you will get an "Order Confirmation" page. Please print this for your records. Once your order as been received by our operating system, you will be sent an email confirming your order.

Component Parts: When deducting a component part from a standard unit or package, an allowance of 50% of the list price of the component part will be used to arrive at the adjusted price. Parts in this catalog are intended for replacement of wear items or for normal maintenance of products offered by TP Tools and are not intended for any other purpose.
