You will really appreciate the extra width and height. Our Model 976 has a huge 28" deep x 34-1/2" high x 58" wide work area. Wheels, axles, heads, manifolds, fuel pumps, carburetors, castings, mirrors, fenders, bumpers, motorcycle frames, and cross supports will easily fit inside!
Two doors with angle iron framework make loading parts easy. C-25-M foot-pedal-operated power gun and built-in recycling system with no skip, no surge operation make blasting fenders, motorcycle frames, and rims with mounted tires a breeze. Simply load parts through either side door, aim power gun, push foot pedal, and start removing rust, paint and scale in seconds.
SPECIFICATIONS: Overall - 30'' deep, 62'' wide, 70'' high. Work area - 28'' deep, 58'' wide'', 34-1/2'' high. Foot pedal operation, 1 steel and 2 ceramic nozzles, 28'' gauntlet-type gloves, 50 lbs Skat Magic. Lighting: two 120 watt adjustable floodlights. View area: 12'' x 45'' x 3/16'' tempered glass lens, with inner peel-off lens. Two full-size cabinet doors are 11 gauge with full-length hinge and iron framework. Shell is heavy 18 gauge steel (glove and window trim - plastic). Reinforced metal screen holds objects up to 200 lbs. Requires 10-15 cfm @ 80 psi (7 cfm with small nozzle/jet setup, extra cost). 125 psi max. Vac-35 vacuum system with powerful brush-type 115 volt motor pulls 70-80 cfm. Fully Assembled. For commercial or shop use, or if you plan on using your Model 976 or larger cabinet more than an hour a day, we recommend our 176-Dust Collector. Call for additional cost and to order.
(People use the terms sandblast, sandblasters and sandblasting when referring to these machines. However, we do not recommend the use of silica or any type of sand in our abrasive blaster cabinets.)
