The 1436 Pro Restorer is one of the Skat Blast Commercial Grade Heavyweights.
Designed for all-day operation, the 1436 offers a 46'' wide x 34'' deep x 36'' rear height work area. Constructed of 14 gauge steel, this cabinet will last for years. Ideal for setup in commercial shops for heavy-duty applications and continuous body shop use. Also perfect for the serious restorer who wants professional results year after year.
Foot-pedal-operated gun has large air and abrasive passage to produce a smooth blast and fast rust and paint removal. Gun nozzles and air jets can be changed, allowing you to blast with as little as 3 HP air compressor (5HP is recommended). Abrasive continually recycles when foot pedal is pressed. Longer 32'' gauntlet-type gloves are comfortable and bring objects within easy reach. Complete, easy-to-read, easy-to-understand instructions get you started removing rust, paint and scale right away.
Tungsten carbide nozzle included for increased production and longer life over ceramic type; 50 lbs. Skat Magic abrasive for a fast-cutting finish on brass, aluminum and metals; high-velocity power gun with larger air passages for fast, efficient abrasive flow; and two 90 watt floodlights for good visibility in cabinet. Many features like fast-feed funnel and no-surge siphon system work behind the scenes for you every day.
176-DC Dust Collector included for improved visibility within the cabinet's wide work area. Its powerful 1/3HP, 115 volt, 6 amp, 3450 rpm motor pulls 250-300 cfm. Continuous duty, thermally protected. Greatly improves visibility over smaller vacuums due to larger filtering area and 5" diameter hose. 16" wide, 15" deep, 56" high.
