We do everything possible to ensure the privacy of your information because we
base our business on the trust that you place in us. We do NOT share your
personal information with any company, person or identity. We do not sell or
rent our mailing list to anyone. This has been our policy since the start of
our company and continues to this day. Information that you supply will not be
used for any purpose other than to service your account in an efficient and
orderly manner. In order to make our policy easy to find, we make it available
on our homepage and on every page throughout our site.
Email addresses given to us or collected from email comments are never shared.
Email is used to confirm that your order has been received by our system. With
your consent, we may use these addresses for periodic notification purposes. If
you choose not to receive email from us, simply leave the box unchecked during
the order or catalog request process (it is unchecked by default). If
you check this box, you may periodically receive special offers or upgrade
information regarding Tip Plus products only.
Catalog Requests:
When you request a catalog or place an order online, your address will
automatically be added to our catalog mailing list. This mailing list is never
sold or rented to other businesses. Catalogs are mailed via First Class
Mail, usually the same day. If you have a specific request, additional
information may be sent along with your catalog. We may send a second catalog,
at a later date, to keep you up-to-date on new and improved products. Active
customers will receive 2 or 3 catalogs from us each year, with new products and
updated information. If you prefer not to receive a catalog, or are receiving
duplicates, please let us know and we will key our system accordingly.
Placing Orders: The safety and security of your personal information is
our top priority. All information, including your credit card number, is
encrypted and sent over secure Internet lines only. For more information, see
Security Policy.
Orders are normally shipped the same day via UPS ground. When you place an
order, your name and address are entered into our data base; and you are
assigned a customer number. If you place an order later, we can usually locate
your file quickly, either by customer number (if known), or by a zip code or
phone number search. It is always better to keep all of your orders in one
name, so as not to duplicate information. That way, we can determine what type
of equipment you have, which helps with your selection of replacement parts or
supplies. If you do not feel comfortable in placing orders on-line, feel free
to place your order by phone. Just call us at 800-321-9260 (Weekdays 8am to 6pm

Credit Cards: We accept most major credit cards (American Express,
Discover, MasterCard and Visa). During the order process, we ask that you
supply us with the following information: name as printed on the card, credit
card number, expiration date, billing address (if different from shipping
address) and your ID number as printed on the card. Credit card information is
highly confidential and is not used for any purpose other than to pay for and
expedite your order quickly.
Please do not use email to send us your credit card information. Email
communication is not secure.
E-Mail Correspondence: We do not normally correspond via e-mail, unless
confirming an order or getting back to a specific request. However, we will
send you detailed information via 1st class mail per your request. For
