Zone Chart - applies to Zone Adders as listed for some products.
Most items ship UPS ground, US-48 states. Orders
received before 2pm EST usually ship the same day. For rush orders, call for
cost of UPS Next Day or 2nd Day Air. (These options are not available on-line
at this time.) No CODs by any shipping method.
UPS Consignee Billing - send us
your UPS Consignee Billing Number, and we will ship accordingly. Shipping is
charged to your account. Due to processing costs, a $7.95 Packaging charge also
applies.

Insurance - UPS - On any order
in which the Ship To address does not match the Bill To address, or any order
to be left at "side door", "back door", "barn", or anywhere else where a
signature cannot be obtained, an insurance cost of $.50 per $100 valuation will
be added to the order. This insurance cost does not appear on your Order
Confirmation, but will be charged when the order is processed in our system. NOTE:
If shipping to an address different from the billing address, you must notify
your credit card company to list an alternate shipping address on your account.
We verify both billing and shipping addresses, and this may delay your order.
Zone Adder - Heavy, oversize,
motor freight, or items which require extra shipping and packaging have a Zone
Adder instead of Shipping & Packaging. The Zone Adder is shown next to the
product's price. To determine your delivery zone, refer to above Zone
Chart.

- Call for shipping/freight costs and method of shipping. Due to extra

| MOTOR FREIGHT INFORMATIONMOTOR FREIGHT - US-48 States - Most abrasive cabinets, compressors, and heavy or large items are shipped motor freight and usually leave our premises within 24-48 hours. Freight cost for these items is shown in the Zone Adder next to the product's price, and is the customer's responsibility. See above zone chart to determine your delivery zone. (Freight cost is automatically added to your order during the checkout process.) Note - Freight costs are based on shipping to Direct Points - No Interlines, meaning shipment reaches you by the Same Freight Line. If necessary to interline (transfer from one freight line to another), we will call you prior to shipping, to advise you of extra cost. You may want to pick up your shipment at a nearby freight terminal to save extra cost. When picking up at terminal, please have adequate tie-down straps to secure your load; and be sure your vehicle/trailer is capable of handling the load. MOTOR FREIGHT DELIVERY - Allow 3-10 days' delivery time from the date shipped. The actual time will depend on whether the shipment is direct or an interline. Some residential areas will not accommodate semitrailers, and it will be necessary that you pick up the freight at the local terminal or have the freight delivered to a business friend. Business deliveries with loading docks are seldom a problem. You are responsible for both incoming and outgoing freight, should your shipment be refused. PHONE PRIOR TO DELIVERY - You can have the freight carrier call you prior to delivery. The cost for this service is about $20-$25 and is in addition to the zone adder charge. The carrier will not call before attempting delivery unless it is specified on the bill of lading. UNLOADING - Motor Freight Carriers are not responsible for unloading. They will move the freight only to the end of the truck (Tailgate Delivery). It is the customer's responsibility to take the freight off the truck and into their garage or shop. The truck driver is not obligated to assist in unloading. Please have adequate equipment and help to unload your shipment at time of delivery, as truck lines are unable to wait. "Unload or Liftgate Service" is available at extra cost (see below). UNLOAD or LIFTGATE SERVICE - Unload or Liftgate Service is offered on most items requiring shipment by motor freight. This extra cost option is available at the time the order is taken and is in addition to the zone adder charge. It means the freight carrier will do one of two things, depending on the delivery vehicle: - The equipment will be placed on the liftgate of the truck and lowered to the ground. The driver will then take the equipment off the liftgate.
- If no liftgate is available on the delivering truck, the freight carrier will lower the equipment to the ground.
Once off the liftgate or truck, the customer assumes responsibility for any further placement or delivery of the equipment. This service is a per shipment charge. If necessary to interline, then two charges would apply.
DAMAGE - Before signing the freight bill, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If damage is noticeable, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the paperwork. Also check that the number of boxes you receive matches the freight bill, and mark any shortages accordingly. This insures that any problem will be corrected easily. Save all packing materials and cartons, and report damage claim immediately. All claims must be handled directly through the delivering carrier by you. Call TP Customer Service if you need further assistance in connection with a freight claim. Our equipment is well packed, so damages are very rare. |

We will send our large catalog via 1st class mail to them, and they can forward the catalog to you. If you later want to place an order, this order must be placed by your US contact and paid for by their credit card or money order. We will then ship your order to them. (We cannot accept international credit cards.) Your contact will have the responsibility of shipping the order to you by best available means. We deal only with your US contact. Thank you.
