Wands were garbage. Wands curl up in use making them stop.

Met Expectations

By Rustproofer from Centerburg, Ohio on 11/7/2018

Pros: functional, Good Price / Value
Cons: stiff wands
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I just used this gun today to rustproof a 2013 Ford F-150 with LPS 3. It worked about as expected. My air compressor is underpowered for the gun (8gal, 2hp, 5.5cfm), but it worked pretty good, just had to work the trigger a bit. It's a budget-friendly gun that meets minimum requirements. The wands worked well too. My only complaint is that they are stiff and hard to bend, but they worked.

Excellent Product & Very Good Value

I would have given it 5 stars...more on that at the end. This Rustproofing Gun is far superior to the one I had been using in the past. The quick change fittings are nice and small and work well. The trigger seems to be a two-stage trigger. The first stage applies a thin mist and if you want an extra dose of material, pull the trigger all the way in to the second stage. There is an adjustable trigger travel limiting screw (I think that is all it does). The wand with handle is great. The crevice nozzle is fine for what it is designed for, but I needed to get into the underside of the fender panel (from the A pillar) and the nylon hose just curls making that impossible. So I will be making a 36 inch long rigid steel wand for that purpose. I just need to source the quick release fitting. The gun does not leak as my other one did.I'd buy one again.
