SAVE UP TO 50% ON PAINT - 80% LESS OVERSPRAY!

Model TP-90PL includes: Showtime 90 Turbine Power Unit with 33 ft turbine hose, 5 ft flex hose with valve, and TP Tools® ProLine 20-oz Gravity-Fed HVLP Finish Gun.

YOU DON'T NEED AN AIR COMPRESSOR TO PAINT. The HVLP difference - air is supplied at low pressure from the Turbine, instead of high pressure from your compressor. The result - reduced overspray and instant paint savings!

Easy to use: Plug Showtime 90 Turbine Power Unit into 115 volt outlet, add paint to HVLP Gun (included), and start spraying! The Turbine Power Unit delivers an instant 60 cfm of air (high volume) at only 5 psi (low pressure). The high-volume air moves the paint, and the low pressure reduces overspray up to 80%. Sprays stains, enamels, lacquers, urethanes, basecoats, and clears. Paint goes on smoothly with less mist and up to 50% paint savings. Also, the turbine warms the air so moisture is eliminated. Always dry, oil-free air to the paint gun. Warm air also helps paint dry faster, so runs and sags are eliminated!

BEST OF ALL, the SHOWTIME 90 System will get your paint jobs done quickly and efficiently, while producing the BEST POSSIBLE FINISH on your classic car, street rod, tractor, or bike ... right in your own shop!

COST SAVINGS YOU WILL APPRECIATE ... You will quickly realize savings up to 50% in paint, clears, and reducers. Plus, less dirt and dust in your paint area, longer respirator life, cleaner floors, brighter lights, extended paint room filters, etc. All of this is possible because of less overspray - the paint goes on the vehicle, not in the air! The system pays for itself in no time!

Expect trophy-winning results! TP Tools knows HVLP - over 20 years experience with HVLP equipment!

WARNING - A respirator is required for use with this equipment (not included). See your safety supplier for proper protection.

I would recommend this spraying system to anyone,

By Bob the piddler. from Somewhere in south Georgia. on 8/25/2018
Pros: Easy To Clean, Ergonomic Grip, Even Paint Distribution, Smooth Trigger
Describe Yourself: Avid Do-It-Yourselfer
Best Uses: Detailed Work, Large Areas, Small Areas
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I have been collecting and restoring classic cars, trucks and tractors 40 plus years and I started out with conventional air compressor system and hated it because I live in Georgia and the humidity hangs in the 80 to 100 percent range especially in the summer where the temperature is about the same range as the humidity and the water would quickly build up in the line and all of a sudden it comes out the gun and on my paint job (bummer) I have to stop and start all over again and then I read about the TPS tool company and their HVLP system without a compressor and no water, heated air, low pressure and high volumn. I thought this is a dream come true so I called the nice folks at TPS and they convinced me to give it a try and that if I did not like it they would take it back with a full refund. That was about 20 years ago and many cars, trucks and tractors painted and it is still going strong. I have worn out several hose and paint guns but the fine folks at TSP has my back and keeps me going. I can't see using anything but my HVLP 90 system. Thanks TSP for building your great products in the good old USA . Also, thank you for having a real live person answer your phone.

Service & Delivery comments: Service and delivery was exactly the way the sales staff said it would be. I received a follow up call to see if I received everything OK and if I was pleased. I think my using this system 20 years indicates how I love it. keep up the great work.

I wonder why I didn't buy one years ago!

Pros: Easy To Clean, Even Paint Distribution, Smooth Trigger

Best Uses: Detailed Work, Large Areas, Small Areas
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I was a professional painter for 20 years, worked in different shops and ran my own. I sprayed just about anything and everything so I was a little skeptical on purchasing this but had to paint a car in my garage since my shop and paint booth was 2 states over. I received it and throughly read thru the instructions several times to get an understanding of the gun setup. I started off spraying some small parts for my buddies truck and used waterborne base and a polyurethane clear coat. After a couple of adjustments the metallic grey base laid down flawlessly even with a control coat. The clear laid down smooth also. I tried to spray it with a good amount of orange peel to match the factory texture but couldn't, it just laid smooth and only have minimal nibbing and buffing. I was going to do a flow coat on the car I did but didn't need to because it laid down smooth as glass. I keep asking myself why I didn't try this earlier in my shop, it would have saved me money.

Service & Delivery comments: Showed up quick!

10 years and still kicking

By RoughRobb from Long Island NY on 11/27/2016
Pros: Even Paint Distribution
Describe Yourself: Professional
Best Uses: Detailed Work, Large Areas, Small Areas
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

20 years as a professional automotive painter, 8-9 shots a day( I'm a ny'er, I move faster lol). Over time I gained a reputation for painting anything that came my way. Occasionally I would have the need to take the show on the road and would find everyone else's air not sufficient, so I bought this unit. I have shot everything with this unit. Show winning cars and bikes, cabinets, walls, machinery. Pre-catylized lacquer, urethane, enamel, polyurethane, nitrocellulose you name it, this unit shot it. Don't pay any attention to Ryan's review. You need to know how to adjust a gun. If you are an automotive painter, you need to think about using one needle size down from what you would use in a Sata or Iwata. I'm actually thinking of buying a new unit for a second location.

Never again

By Ryan from Colorado on 1/13/2016
Describe Yourself: Professional
Cons: Junk, sprays worse than a wagner.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Bought for auto paint, doesn't atomize paint very well no matter how gun is set, you have to over reduce material and with that it won't spray metallics unless you like a see through paint job without 15 coats.

TP Tools response: The Turbine Spray System is designed to spray all types of automotive paints & primers. If the material won't spray through the gun, a larger needle/nozzle setup is required. Call our tech line at 1-800-321-9260 for hints or suggestions. All TP Tools catalog cars have been painted with this system with fabulous results. We have sprayed primers, urethanes, lacquers, enamels, base & clear coats. All TP Tools HVLP Paint Systems have a 30 day shop trial. If your not satisfied with the results, just pack up and return for a full refund, less shipping both ways.TP Tools

Awesome Paint system

By Dne007 Verified Buyer from Houston, Tx. on 12/18/2015
Pros: Easy To Clean, Even Paint Distribution, no compressor necessary
Describe Yourself: Avid Do-It-Yourselfer
Cons: Supply hose a little bulky
Best Uses: In my case spraying body parts(fenders, etc)
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Hi, Dne' here, I was either going to purchase an Iwata paint gun, or this system. I chose this system as my 2 stage compressor does Ok, I just liked the idea of NOT using my compressor! As with anything deviating from the norm, I was a little skeptical about a turbine system, but after shooting some epoxy primer on my TR6 Fenders, I'm quite impressed! The 33' hose is plenty long, and allows me to put the Turbine unit as far away a possible therefore making a relatively quiet work environment so all I hear is my music and the hiss of the paint gun(actually my fresh air breathing system is much louder than the turbine). Anyway, I now have two large hoses to drag around! lol In addition to the Turbine system, I also bought the disposable gravity cup system of which I've always wanted and highly recommend, so I bought extra cups to have on hand as they are consumables, and bought the 1.4 and 1.8 tips. It comes with a 1.0. Clean up is definitely much easier! I can't wait to shoot some BC/CC!Thank you TP tools for a nice product;)

Service & Delivery comments: Delivery was quick and the unit package nicely and arrived unscathed by the delivery system. I love the look of the Turbine system!
