TP Tools & Equipment Return and Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with a product, simply return the item within 30 days from the original invoice date. Please be sure item is in new condition, in its original packaging and is returned to Tip Plus Corp prepaid. A 25% restocking charge applies to items returned 31-90 days from the invoice date. No returns accepted after 90 days (Shop-Trial items don't apply - see below). Abrasives, respirators, gloves, nozzles, and similar wear items are nonreturnable.
Customer is responsible for shipping or freight costs both ways. Before returning item, please call TP Tools & Equipment Customer Service at 1-800-321-9260 for further assistance.
C.O.D. packages are not accepted. Shipping & Packaging, UPS Heavy, and Truck Freight Charges are nonrefundable.

SHOP TRIAL: Try our HVLP Turbine Paint Systems for 30 days, or Abrasive Cabinets for 90 days. If not satisfied, return for a full refund; no questions asked. You are only responsible for freight (both ways).
WARRANTY: Items under warranty are subject to the terms of the manufacturer and can be sent directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. On request, we will mail a copy of the warranty on any of our products. Warranty does not apply to wear items (nozzles, lenses, etc.), nor to items which seem to have been abused or tampered with.
