Metal piping is the way to go when setting up shop. Not only will you provide air without the tangle of air hose; you will also reduce moisture in the lines to almost zero, and that's a good number. It works like this: when the hot, moisture laden air from the compressor hits the cold metal pipes, the vapor turns to water where it can be easily removed by the separator.
Everything you need to mount on wall of your shop (less mtg. hardware). Stops most water from getting into your air hose and eventually your abrasive blaster or paint spray gun. To remove moisture, open drain valve and/or petcock on bottom of 3402 water separator.
Includes: 3402 Water Separator, 3409 Air Regulator, 3407 Pressure Gauge, 2 brass 1/2" valves, 12 nipples, two tees, 5 elbows, 1/2" union, 3 bushings, and mounting bracket. Complete. Units made in USA.
TP Tools Tip: Even if you don't use metal piping, you can still use these kits in your shop. By running your air hose into the top inlet portion of piping kit, the 'U' piping will aid in moisture removal, along with the water separator.
