Full discs of quality unbleached cotton sheeting are sewn with a radial curved stitch. When curved stitching is spinning same direction as buffing machine, buff is softer and has more cushion, for slower cutting. When buff is reversed and spinning against direction of buffing machine, buff becomes firmer with less cushion, for faster cutting. Radial stitching also creates pockets in buff which hold more compound than standard wheels. Great dual-purpose buff for use on semi-smooth surfaces. Made in USA.
