Recommended to seal surface prior to applying base coat. Seals primers and fillers prior to applying base to eliminate lifting. Apply over old paint, primer, filler, fiberglass, bare metal, aluminum, and more. Black. 4:1 mix ratio (4 parts sealer to 1 part activator). Thin with urethane reducer.
