Recommended application over properly sanded existing finishes or sealed surfaces. Not for use on bare metal. Thicker formula for filling sand scratches and imperfections. Two-component primer is lead/chrome-free. Hi-build characteristics fill in scratches and imperfections. Light gray color. 4:1 mix ratio (4 parts primer to 1 part activator). Thin with urethane reducer. 2.1 low VOC. 50-state compliant. Made in USA.

Available in Quart and Gallon.
