Our 18" Economy Bead Roller will create a half-round bead line in small steel and aluminum panels. This half-round bead will enhance the look, plus strengthen the panel. The machine will also create an offset flange on the edge of the metal for flush panel replacement.
Easy-to-use! Simply mount bead roller in your vise or optional stand shown below, insert desired mandrel set, and feed metal or aluminum through top and bottom mandrels while turning the handle. The down force from the top mandrel forms the bead or flange. Instantly, you can create eye-catching beads!
SPECIFICATIONS: 18" throat, 20 gauge capacity, 18 ga capacity with multiple passes, 1/2" thick steel plate framework, 2" dia mandrels, 1" shafts with grease fittings, 10-1/2" long handle, and adjustable top tension screw.
