Finally! Now even a novice can repair exhaust manifolds at home.

FIRE SEAL 2000™ is an inorganic mineral-rich ceramic paste. It is able to withstand temperatures in excess of 2000°F. FIRE SEAL 2000™ is water-based and nontoxic. Use to repair high-temperature, low-pressure exhaust leaks in the cylinder head, manifold, or muffler. Bonds aggressively to cast iron and carbon steel.

Easy to use. Remove loose rust with wire brush or abrasive blasting. With a grinder or file, v-groove the crack and drill 1/8" holes in the ends. Remove dirt or oil with lacquer thinner. Use a propane torch to burn off residue and remove moisture. Mix contents in pouch, and spread evenly across crack with a putty knife. Curing time is 18-24 hours. Tube with two 1 ounce packets. Made in USA.
