Surface conditioning discs are manufactured from a non-woven fiber web with a woven backing and impregnated with special grain for a fast cut and long life. Ideal for deburring, removing rust and gaskets, and cleaning welds. Available in 2" and 3" and have Rolon Style Quick-Change Backing. Requires 2" or 3" Rolon Holder for use (see below). 2" holder fits 2" discs. 3" holder fits 3" discs.
